Registration of Trademark
Protect your brand name, logo, and identity under Pakistani law.
Overview
A registered trademark gives its owner the exclusive right to use a mark in commerce and the legal tools to prevent others from using confusingly similar marks. In Pakistan, trademarks are registered with the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO Pakistan) under the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001. Spinzer Law Firm handles trademark search, application drafting, filing, and prosecution through to registration.
Why This Matters
Unregistered trademarks offer limited protection. Registration provides a statutory right to sue for infringement, deters copycat brands, and is increasingly required by e-commerce platforms and export buyers.
